Littmann Stethoscope Repairs and Warranty

Dear valid customer,

The day you bought your Littmann stethoscope establishes its warranty start date. If a material or manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair your Littmann stethoscope free of charge, except in cases of obvious abuse or accidental damage. This date can be verified on your original purchase receipt and warranty periods models can be found below.

In the case for warranty claims, please contact the Authorized Littmann dealer/ distributor where you purchased your stethoscope as they will submit warranty claim on behalf of you or alternatively, you can send an email to 3M.Littmann.EMEA@mmm.com if you have not purchased your Littmann Stethoscope at an Authorised Littmann dealer.

Has the warranty expired? No worries. Our dedicated Littmann Service Centre - CSX Customer Services (Pty) Ltd offers affordable Littmann stethoscope repairs that include replacing the tubing, eartubes, diaphragm, rim, nonchill sleeves and eartips.
